EILEEN FISHER is pleased to offer our international customers the opportunity to shop eileenfisher.com. We have partnered with the company Borderfree, so you can easily shop, ship and see your complete order total, including shipping fees, customs tariffs and taxes when you check out.

To view your order total, add the items you are interested in to your shopping bag and click on the "Place Order" button. Borderfree will calculate and guarantee the lowest possible order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from the US to your selected international destination, and any applicable duty, customs tariffs and taxes as determined by the destination customs authority.

There will be no additional costs when you receive your order. When you use the Borderfree Global Checkout, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your selected currency so you can place your order with certainty. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.

If you have your order number, you can check the status of your international package(s) here. If you do not remember your order number, email us at experience@eileenfisher.com and we will be happy to provide an update on your order.

Below are examples of emails you might receive:

Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this email for your records.

Order Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple emails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately.

Returns Processed. We will email you once your return has been received and processed.

Other. There are a few other reasons you would receive an email, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, issues with credit card or cancellation of order. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for all international orders and American Express and PayPal for select destinations. Available options will be presented at checkout. Please note, if you choose to select a payment currency other than your own, your credit card company may assess a fee for converting the currency.

Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree at the time your package leaves the US. Your credit card statement will read BF*EILEENFISHERINT.

Due to various factors, such as the length of shipping time, calculation of currency, duty, customs tariffs and taxes, we cannot perform price adjustments should an item go on sale between the time of purchase and delivery to your destination.

Duty, customs tariffs and taxes (including VAT) are set by the destination country's local government and are determined based on a combination of the country of origin of manufacture of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree and EILEEN FISHER support. The amount of applicable duty, customs tariffs and taxes will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by Borderfree Global Checkout.

Unfortunately, gift cards are not available for sale or redemption on international orders. All gift card purchases must go through the US shipping site.

Buy Online, Pick Up in Store is currently unavailable for international orders.

To ship internationally, click on the country switcher at the bottom of the page, add items to your EILEEN FISHER shopping bag and then click on the "Checkout" button. Borderfree will calculate and guarantee the lowest possible order total in your preferred currency, including any shipping costs from the US, the shipping method (Standard or Express) to your selected destination, the types and quantity of items you are purchasing, as well as any applicable duties and taxes as determined by the destination country's customs and revenue authority.

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders. The original item must be returned, and a new order placed for merchandise in a new size or color. Please note that stores in Canada that sell EILEEN FISHER clothing cannot accept eileenfisher.com returns or exchanges.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at  experience@eileenfisher.com or 1.866.512.5197, UK: 0808.234.0169 for a Returns Authorization. Confirm the item(s) you wish to return and we will provide you with instructions on how and where returns should be shipped as well as the amount you will be refunded. We accept unworn merchandise with the original tags attached within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return shipping costs to the International Returns Facility are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your total refund. Once received, our partner Borderfree will issue a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties, taxes, and/or VAT originally paid on the returning item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. The cost of return shipping to our International Returns Facility will be deducted from this amount.

Our EILEEN FISHER Rewards program is a special benefit to reward customers for shopping in our EILEEN FISHER retail stores and online. It is Eileen’s way of thanking customers for their loyalty.

The EILEEN FISHER Rewards program is not available on international online orders.

Canadian Rewards Program
As a member of the EILEEN FISHER Rewards program, you will receive one point for every dollar you spend (excluding sales tax and returns) at any of our full-price stores in Canada. When you reach 2,000 points, a $100 Rewards Card will be emailed to you. As long as you continue to be a member of the Reward Program, point accrual is ongoing; there is no expiration. After you've earned your Rewards, you immediately begin to accrue points toward your next one.

Points cannot be earned on previous purchases.

You can sign up for the Rewards program in an EILEEN FISHER retail store or online in your My Account communication preferences. Customers must be opted into the EILEEN FISHER Rewards Program using a valid email address.

EILEEN FISHER will issue E-CARDS to all our Reward card members. All earned Rewards will be sent to the email address provided. E-Cards can ONLY be used in our EILEEN FISHER Canadian stores. They cannot be used on eileenfisher.com at this time.

It will be important for you to maintain an accurate, valid, and current email address in your Eileen Fisher account to receive your Reward. Please visit eileenfisher.com to update your email address or make any changes to your account: www.eileenfisher.com/CArewards-signup or visit your nearest EILEEN FISHER Canadian retail store. Terms & Conditions

You can sign up for the Rewards Program online or in an EILEEN FISHER retail store.

To sign up online, follow the steps to complete the process:

1. Create an account on eileenfisher.com using a valid email address.

2. Once logged in, click on My Account and locate My Preferences on your Account Dashboard.

3. Click the edit link in My Preferences section.

4. Check the box next to “Opt in to EILEEN FISHER Rewards Program.” Be sure to turn on Email Notifications so that you receive your electronic rewards gift card in your inbox.

You can also sign up for the Reward Program by contacting your nearest EILEEN FISHER Retail store for assistance. You will need to ensure you are opted into the program and have provided a valid email address to a store associate.
